What can I expect to achieve from Tai Chi

Tai Chi can provide a whole host of benefits to our wellbeing, both physical and mental.

The slow controlled movements build strength in the muscular system which supports our frame and improves posture.

Through practice we improve our coordination and balance.

The breathing helps to improve our cardiovascular strength and capacity whilst stretching encourages mobility and flexibility of muscles, tendons and joints.

Most people find that they quickly find positive effects such as reducing stress levels, improving sleep, increasing immunity response.
